5.6.1 WCAG 2.4.4 (A) - Desktop

Clicking the Download links when creating a Part A form or No Recall letter initiates a Word Document download. While users would expect clicking the link to download something, providing them the file size and format could help them decide whether they want to download the file.

5.6.2 Recommendation

Add descriptive text to the download elements stating the size and format of the file. For example, ‘Download the decision not to recall letter (.docx, 60KB)’.
