1.7.1 Content does not allow for custom text spacing

Users cannot apply custom text spacing using the text spacing bookmarklet to improve their reading experience. This could affect users with cognitive disabilities who rely on increased spacing between lines, words, letters, or paragraphs to perceive the content better.
